Chocolate Ambrosia Cookies

    1 (18.25oz) Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix
    1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs
    1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
    1/2 cup angel flake coconut
    1 teaspoon orange extract
    1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

    Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In large bowl mix oil and eggs well with wire whisk. With wooden spoon, stir in dry cake mix, chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, coconut and orange extract; mix thoroughly. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls two inches apart on parchment lined baking sheets. Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of cookie. Cool for 2 minutes on pan, and then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
